I just discovered today that you can edit the parameter syntax in the
textbox below the main gdalwarp dialog window. Nice feature since we
cannot add all of GDAL's options in the GUI. This solves my problem
for now.

there are other tools that would benefit of the option to choose pixel
resolution, see this feature request
