The option has indeed been removed from the Rendering tab and kept only
under the "Advanced" tab of the Options dialog[0], as logCanvasRefreshEvent.

Hi,
I am still looking for the option to enable/disable rendering logging/debugging
(see below). Can please someone give me a hint? Or maybe a python script?
