Hi,
If you have a polygon layer with the desired shape, you can put it on topo
of all other layers and use the inverted polygon style.
On the other hand, you can also do that exporting the map to svg and do the
masking in inkscape.

I'm having problems printing/exporting an atlas because the legend
(filtered) is not updated during the process.
This is happening in a single composition, that has 12 pages, with 12 maps,
and 12 legends.
All legends items as filtered to the same page map. But when exporting all
legends go empty,
You probably have an official local coordinate system in sweden. Project
(save as..) your data into one of this systems. Those systems have normally
less distortions and probably will represent polygon as a square again (or
at least near one)

You can add views from the add postgis layer but your view must have a few

I know NumericalDigitize and NumericalVertexEdit, but none of them allows
the user to input coordinates in DMS formats.
We receive coordinates in many formats, and mostly in some form of Degree,
minutes and deciimal Seconds, or Degree, and decimal minutes.

Due to frequent changes in SAGA algorithms, that forced frequent updates to
processing, it was decided to only support SAGA's long-term release. So, if
you a version of SAGA other than 2.3.2, that might be the problem.
