UTM and zone by hand every time I load

want /usr/local/qt4/lib which is correct in any case.
Qt4.2.2 is in that path which is what it looks like Reid is using.

or tracks, but QGIS plots these points
about 50 meters to the west of the correct points.
The rendering options seem to be what one should use,
(WGS84 - NAD27 Zone 13N)
but something is not right. Any ideas???
