Arnold,
Linux is case sensitive.
If you created a folder called QPC in your home folder then try
wine ~/QPC/qpc2.exe
Which assumes that the above is the correct spelling. You can check in your
file manager for the correct folder and filenames, or:
cd ~
ls
If QPC shows up:
ls QPC
where
