No problems with my USB Floppy Drive on my (Vista) Laptop and QPC2.
Works just like "flp1_"

No, QPC supports only 2 FLP drives.

but knowing Vista as I do I wouldn't be at all surprised to get a User
Account Control Privilege Elevation Request before being told that:
"One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned.

I can confirm that it works too. If you plug in two USB floppy disks,
the first becomes A: and the second B: ... quite the way it should be.
I wonder what happens if you plug in a third one :-)))

right away. With Q-emuLator you have to mount it as a QDOS floppy on
one of the MDV slots, but it works.
