You're right, the PAR_USE and SER_USE commands are broken under SMSQ/E
v2.98 (all platforms). Just fixed it. If it's urgent I can send you
Par_use ser (no quotes) just worked for me - without an error message - on
the latest QPC2v202 with smsq 2b98.
Try removing the quotes.
I don't know if it will actually work, because I'm at work and have a
network printer :o)

In fact, it works even with quotes as well !
