You must have missed a later note from me where I explain that I modified
the
Stylus_p87 driver by replacing esc,@ sequences to become esc,0 (this
appears twice near the end of the file.
The modified file I rename then call it in Text87 (F3,config,driver load).

I'm affraid the first action text87 does is to reset the printer; this is
sad because on some printers you can choose paper size or orientation,
fonts, etc. manually from the control panel. The only way to circumvent this
is to remove the code from the driver or buy the Esc-P driver

The Psion Triplet Quill, Abacus and Archive (ie excluding Easel as that
screen dumps) all use the printer driver (format of) file which contains
"PREAMBLE CODE" (sent to printer before any of the output) and
"POSTAMBLE CODE" (sent after the output). To quote the Inf
