I have installed/compiled the smtp-auth patch into my qmail installation, but I cannot figure out what file to modify to add support for it. I am running qmail 1.03 on freebsd. I tried adding it to /var/qmail/supervise/qmail-smtpd/run, but it does not seem to take. Any help would be greatly app
