How to reject spam mail?

Could somebody please give me some ideas on what is best way to reject spam mail? I've scanned the QMail home page and although I've seen several patches, I'm not sure what is best for me. Thanks, Jose

QMail SMTP Woes?

POP3 Slowdown solved (I think)

I soved the problem I was having earlier with POP3 authentication going very slow (30 secs to more than minute) or sometimes timing out. Server reboot. Not just a stop and start of the qmail-pop3 or tcpserver daemon. Just a plain cold restart. Probably a memory leak somewhere. Jose
