Thanks Magnus.

I'll continue inline:

No, I haven't. What looks to be missing?

That's my configuration.

Before somebody points it out: these logs are from a different machine to the
original email I posted -- it's not handling any real load so it's easier to
browse the logs, and it isn't running any extra software like vpopmail. The
original emails are essentially the same: the email sent to this machine
(koko.tuatara.net.nz) looked like this:

  Return-Path: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
  Delivered-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
  Received: (qmail 9076 invoked from network); 2 Apr 2000 07:31:45 -0000
  Received: from koko.tuatara.net.nz (203.97.22.6)
    by lightnin.tuatara.net.nz with SMTP; 2 Apr 2000 07:31:45 -0000
  Received: (qmail 10302 invoked by alias); 2 Apr 2000 07:31:43 -0000
  Delivered-To: @koko.tuatara.net.nz
  Received: (qmail 10299 invoked from network); 2 Apr 2000 07:31:42 -0000
Received: from on-tor-blr-a58-02-1279.look.ca (HELO LocalHost) (216.154.5.41)
    by koko.tuatara.net.nz with SMTP; 2 Apr 2000 07:31:42 -0000
  From: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
  To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

  To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
  203.97.22.6

Only configuration difference is that the alias/.qmail-default file on this
machine forwarded the email to my account on another machine,
lightnin.tuatara.net.nz.

Does this shed any light?

Thanks,
Matt
