about relaymailfrom.patch

Hi:all I use Chris Johnson's patch "relaymailfrom.patch",but it is seemed not to work!i create a file under /var/qmail/control/ and named relaymailfrom,in this file there is only a entry "@mydomain.com",but another domain user such as (@test.com) can still send mail use my smtpserver,I

why the auth is not to work?
