Hardware works fine. When I restart qmail everythink works fine.
BTW: It is Redhat 7 with qmail 1.03 and the POPBEFOREMSMTP Patch.

What Do The Logs Say?
If the logs don't say anything, strace/truss qmail-send and see why it dies.
Maybe flaky hardware.
