Failure notice & Headers

Hi,
How i can personalise the failure notice and add
X-Complaint-to:[EMAIL PROTECTED] in headers ?

I have a server with a name ndsoftware.net when i make a lookup on ip. How
force qmail to use mail.ndsoftware.net ? And how apply this in headers ?
