Forgive me for opening this can of worms again, but I have something that proves that the MAPS RSS *is* listing servers that it suspects are open relays, even when they aren't. My home ISP's outbound server was listed on Friday: texas.kingwoodcable.com, or 208.223.8.79. According to the web
