Newbie setting up aliases

Hi. I'm having a very difficult time setting up my aliases. I just have a linux box and want to use qmail/mutt for my email. My ISP POP3 email address is [EMAIL PROTECTED] and I also have email on my virtualave website server [EMAIL PROTECTED] which is just forwarded to [EMAIL PROTECTED] . How do
