I have a feeling I am not the only one confused. I assume you changed your default delivery method to ./Maildir/ which will put mails in your ./Maildir/new/ directory. If you are trying to retrieve mails from there now with pop, you need qmail-pop3d or any other program that can read /Maildir/'s
