You're correct, mail-abuse.org has removed the TXT records from the relays service. djbdns doesn't require a patch though, djbdns is name servers and associated programs, I think you meant rblsmtpd, that does need the patch if you want to use the MAPS relay server. DJB's view of the issue on the
