I went to: http://cr.yp.to/qmail/faq/servers.html#authorized-relay
and basicly did whatever they told me to
i create a file /etc/tcp.smtp
i put my ip my stuff in it
then i did
tcprules /etc/tcp.smtp.cdb /etc/tcp.smtp.tmp /etc/tcp.smtp
no errors were displayed
