I'm trying to run the qmail-ldap-control_20030306 patch after/befor the
qmail-ldap-1.03-20040301a patch. Without any success. Later on I read in the
QLDAPTODO:

About from 200308 qmail-ldap patch, pathching with qmail-ldap-control it is
not possible.

I killall qmail-remotes if I'm really in a hurry to restart qmail-send.

qmail-send doesn't restart until all the old qmail-remote sessions
finish. So, no new sessions start until then. This is why I
