Mail server down to spam attack?

Hi friends, I want to apply this two patches to my qmail-ldap installation: ucspi-tcp-0.88.tcpserver-limits-2007-12-22.patch ucspi-tcp-ssl-20050405.patch but both need to patch tcpserver.c file, so the second patch always fail when I try apply it. I want to know if exist an automatic method for
