i don't claim to understand smtp_auth(yet) and need a few pointers in
the right direction on some questions i have in regards to it under the
current patch, release 10012003. any help with the following questions
is appreciated.
1.) does it work well with the pbsserver functionality (pbsserver is
only there for clients not supporting smtp_auth)?
2.) is it smart to turn on this feature on a fairly high volume
production server, if not is there a better way?
3.) will it still allow ip/domain based relaying without challenging the
client?
4.) any advice on getting smtp_auth setup and tested or production stories?

ps kudos to all that have contributed to the latest release of the
recent qmail-ldap patch (release 10012003) as it is certainly impressive!
