I have f-prot and spamassassin installed along with qmail-scanner.
I have the QMAILQUEUE variable configured in my tcp.smtp file:
# Run the following after editing:
#
# `tcprules /etc/tcp.smtp.cdb /etc/tcp.smtp.tmp < /etc/tcp.smtp`
# `chmod 644 /etc/tcp.smtp*`
127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""
10.:allow
No dice. Adding the -x option did not do the trick.
Thanks,
Mike

-d -c -a is the default which may not be what you need...
I don't guarantee this is the cause but I suspect NOT having the -x option is
causing
Thanks for the info on clamscan Doug. I'll try to get to that after I
figure this problem out.
Here is some more information after running the tests you suggested:
$PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/X11R
6/bin:/root/bin
Permissions on /usr/local/bin/spam*

Hi All,
I am trying to understand how qmail-scanner and spamassassin work together
so that I can create the optimal installation for my needs.
I am running qmail-1.0.3, spamassassin-2.3.1, qmail-scanner-1.13,
clamscan-0.22
I intend to use qmail-scanner/spamAssassin globally, not at the Maildir
Hello,
Yesterday I installed qmail-scanner (after amavis :)) I had one problem
with the install.
The install procedure I did:
./configure --notify sender,recips,admin --log-details yes --lang
ennl_NL --add-dscr-hdrs yes
./configure --notify sender,recips,admin --log-details yes --lang

Hello all
I ./configure and ran Q-S 1.12 (by using perl 5.6.0 on DEC Alpha 4.0),
everything went fine until it came into testing. I inject simple msg into
SMTP and when i watch at qmail-smtpd log, it told that macro _SYS_LOG
(CMIIW) is not defined.
So i juggle into Syslog.pm module and set manua
