The images is not missing, but the URL to them is wrong.
There is an extra "en/" in the URL, as you can see of the diff below.

Is it just me, (did I compile wrong some how?) or are there quite a few bugs
in the various pages created by qmailadmin? I just found another set of
broken "buttons" while trying to delete a pop account. Seems like the
images are missing from the original /images dir where I compiled from...

Let me apologize for sending an attachment to the list. I know it's not
usually acceptable, but in this case, the picture was worth a thousand
words! Looks like a bug in the HTML generation and maybe a missing .gif for
a button.
