The owner and permissions on images are not important (only the qmailadmin CGI binary needs special perms). As long as the user that your web server runs as (www? or nobody?) can read the files and directories you should be fine. But check which folder the / in the URL really maps to. The first time I installed this I had to create folders and manually move images to get them to work. I don't know why its always tricky to install qmailadmin! -- Aj. Systems Administrator / Developer
