Ok,
I agree with you, Martin, reviews the error that shows in CentOS 4.1.
Something with this line

It looks like you may need to increase your softlimit in your run script.
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]# cat /var/qmail/supervise/imap4/run #!/bin/sh
PASSPROG="/usr/lib/courier/authlib/authvchkpw"
HOSTNAME=`hostname --fqdn`

Can I suggest that current-install-script.sh do a read-style request for
input that sets that variable instead of editing the script? Like
echo Select your operating system...
echo 1. RedHat
echo 2. CentOS
[etc]
read ostype
if ostype == 1 { $var = rhat } else something.
or whatever the variable

Hi all,
You will find three updated packages on the qmailtoaster site.
ezmlm-toaster-0.53.324-1.2.7.src.rpm has a minor fix to install properly
on Mandrake 2005 and mandrakelinux 10.2
spamassassin-toaster-3.1.0-1.2.7.src.rpm has path corrections for awl and
bayes to works with the pre plugins.
Anyone ever seen
that one?
I'm doing the
install on an amd x86_64 system. Once the install was complete and the
users (all 2 of them) were added, I wanted to send a test mail. So, I went
to squirrel mail and entered my login information.
However, I got the
error message below:

ugh,
in re-reading your email, it seems like you mean adding users to a mailing
list. Wouldn't know how you could import a bunch of email addresses onto
such a thing.
Sorry
about that.
Hopefully someone else might know.

Hi
there,
I
understand; you want to know if there is a way to mass-add email addresses to
the toaster without having to do each one by hand manually.
I
would also like to know if there is a way although, as far as I can see, the
only way is with the /home/vpopmail/bin/vad

Hi all...
I'm migrating one exchange server with 3.500 users to qmail toaster... Will
be supported?
The Qmail is installed but I'm having some doubts to do it.
How can I make this change more transparent possible?
The pst files will be no longer supported... I'll to retire M$Outlook from

Hi Erik,
Thanks for your help.
I think the web address book is store inside the user folder before.
As long as I know where to input the info, I can manage to do that.

You should be able to convert them to the SquirrelMail standard.
The squirrelmail stores e-mail in /var/lib/squirrelmail/prefs/[EMAIL PROTECTED]
They are stored in plain text, slightly different format however.
Format is as follows:
Nick|FirstName|LastName|e-mail|
For example:

Hi Erik,
What I mean is the webmail address book.
>From the old server (imail 7.x), it is store in a file aliases.txt.
It is a line per address:
"user1" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Just wonder is there a way to transfer to the address book (webmail) to make
the user doesn't have to create this again.

Address books are stored by the client, they aren't stored on the
server. Outlook, Thunderbird and all of those store their address book
locally.
By any chance are you talking about a webmail address book? If so,
which one? The more info we have the easier it may be to import. Or

Hi,
Is there a way to import the address book for virtual domain user?
If I move from another mail server (not qmail) to qmail, I need to move the
address book that is on the old mail server.
Thanks,

Ah ha, thank you. That'll be a nice quick fix till they get SPF up on their
domain name.
