[qmailtoaster] simscan-toaster & ripmime-toaster

Hi All, I just placed simscan-toaster and ripmime-toaster on the site for downloading. Thanks to Erik Espinoza for these packages. Note: you need to build and install ripmime-toaster before building and installing simscan-toaster. Check out /var/qmail/control/simcontrol and configure as needed.
