I did a bit more searching and found out that 1) the supervise script of spamd has a -L option...This needs to be removed for enabling network tests... 2) skip_rbl_checks 1 has no effect on URIDNSBL plugin. 3) Since i have enabled DNSBL tests via qmail blacklists, the skip_rbl_checks can stay as 1
