You just need to install horde. You can do it by rpm or tar.gz, check
in www.horde.org
It does not need to compile, as it is only php.

small problem: When I install a bunch of packages with one command (rpm -i *.rpm), it is done in
the wrong order: clamav-toaster needs the qmail-toaster package to be already installed

Your mail may have been blocked due to having invalid SPF records. I
see that you are publishing SPF records:
$ host -t txt villasana.com.mx
villasana.com.mx text "v=spf1 a mx include:irt.com.mx ~all"
$
The include syntax means that there are more spf records at irt.com.mx
$ h
1) Make sure spamd is running
2) run 'service qmail cdb'
If it still fails after that, let me know.

SenderID isn't necessary for sending to Hotmail Inbox. In fact I think
the only way to get into a Hotmail Inbox (instead of going straight to
Junk Mail) is by only sending spam.
Hotmail doesn't even publish SenderID, they publish SPF records.
$ host -t txt hotmail.com
hotmail.com text "v=spf1 in
Oh and you don't have to patch Qmail for hotmail to receive your
SenderID, just publish the DNS records.
So if your spf record looks like this:
"v=spf1 a mx -all"
Just add a second entry that looks like this:
"spf2.0/mfrom a mx -all"
