Open Webmail doesn't do IMAP, and only does POP3 as a function of its
remote-POP3-collection feature. It is really designed to handle local
mail spools and MailDirs (ala sendmail, postfix).

Yep is derived from Neomail.
I've been used it for my customers in a non-toaster qmail+vpopmail+mysql
installation for 4 years and it doesn't worth it the time and headaches it
costs.
Big profiles, and hell maintenance.
The interface is not bad, but the thing is intrinsically slow, and POP3

The default install should have qmail-admin installed , and it can be
reach via http://your-domain.com/qmailadmin The user name is the
information before the @ sign , the domain is the information after the
@ sign, and then their old password. This will let them set up
forwarding

You should be able to hit the administrator options in the webmail and
change your password there.
You can also use the qmailadmin web interface as mentioned by ryan.
