The permission in /var/qmail/queue look alright to me
Check /var/qmail/bin/ permissions:

Check the user/group id problem please.

and change the symbolic link run from run.spamdyke to run.dist.

You are perfectly correct that this is indeed a rDNS issue. If you are host all
your own dns then you need to get your hosting company to delegate the IP to
your server, if not then you may be able to create the entry in your hosting
providers interface.
