I get this from google, but I am not sure how to use it with QMT.

Could you elaborate on what you are trying to accomplish? Subject would suggest
you'd like to run two mail servers at the same time with the same user base
while the link suggests you wish to do content scanning.

smtp.com mail is handled by 10 mx1.emailsrvr.com.
