Spamassassin's bayes database training may also be helpful. Blocking
domains and subject content are typically not a good approach to
fighting spam.

Follow the instructions on the wiki, and use the dovecot package
provided in the qtp yum repository. Down time should be minimal (only a
couple minutes). There is no migration or conversion of existing
mailboxes required.
