Please help me to resolve this issue which is not able to open qmailadmin
after update the PHP 5.4 from PHP 5.1. Do i need to do any configuration.

There appears to be a little confusion about this.
First of all, qmailadmin and vqadmin don't have anything to do with php
(nor perl). They are written in C, oddly enough.
So the glibc error isn't very surprising (being C related).
What is a little surprising to me is that you appear to have
Sorry, I got distracted in the middle of fixing softlimit on qmail, so

The fix for PHP (and thus, vqadmin) is to enable short open tags
(not just tags) in php.ini.

Also, there is some sense to correct checkuser for punicode checks, by default
it was wrong.

Squirrelmail are working perfect but Qmailadmin is not working in house my
pc ip and outside ip.
