I am still facing this problem. I change the outlook sync setting manually
to checking the mails. Restart qmailctl also restart my server.
But no luck. I am facing this issue from last month.

There's a known (to me) bug in qmailadmin which causes this when a
person's name is changed. It may also happen when other changes are made.
I don't recall posting this to the qmailadmin list
