Yes,

I tried also on thunderbird, TB is also went offline, but it goes offline just 
3 - 4 times, and outlook goes offline in every 10 - 15 min.

It working fine on blackberry.

 

Is it my dovecot issue?

Please someone suggest, it hampering my users work.

Have you tried setting up a different client, 

eg: thunderbird, 
see if you get the same results.?

How many imap users do you have?
Have you added a value for mail_max_userip_connections in your 
/etc/dovecot/local.conf file? What value do you have?
Did you restart dovecot after changing dovecot settings? (qmailctl 
doesn't do anything with dovecot)
