The cause was
/home/vpopmail/domains/DOMAIN/.qmail-default

Sorry, I've read wrongly the lines you submitted.
You already used .qmail-hoge, as it sould be.
Check if you have valias enabled. In such a case these file aliases will
not work, and you must use Mysql records.
