What's in your /etc/tcprules/tcp.smtp file? Also, can you do a directory listing of /var/qmail/bin? Since Domain Keys is deprecated in favor of DKIM you could link /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue to /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue.orig instead of /var/qmail/bin/qmail-dk. In other words in /var/qmail/bin
