Do you have any way to vpn in and use imap directly?
I can't really help too much without you using imap directly. The
webmail works well, but has too many knobs that can have a negative
effect.

Couldn't tell you. I'd suggest clearing the email manually using rm for now.
You should be able to go to
/home/vpopmail/domains/domain.com/newsletter/.Trash/ and delete the
contents of cur, new and tmp.

yes, i am doing that.. but these are newsletters bounces so i dont care but .. what if when genuine users start to have so many emails and then when they are on move and acess their email through webmail and get this error ?
