CBL blocks because of the host identified by 'helo.' If the
host
does not resolve correctly, it could cause issues.
Check your mail logs. (/var/log/qmail) There should be a URL

My qmail toaster box keeps getting blacklisted by the CBL.
Since the CBL doesn’t really give me anything as far as evidence to what
they have found, I’m not really sure where to start troubleshooting this
issue. Can anyone give me some suggestions as to what I need to check on the
toaster
