The QMT SMTP Banner is actually called the SMTP Greeting, and you can
set it in your controls folder. NOTE: The config file is normally NOT
PRESENT, so you'll have to create it:
Filename: /var/qmail/control/smtpgreeting
Contents example: mail.myserver.com - Welcome to MyMail Ver. 1.09
