Your simcontrol file indicates that you have enabled scanning for only
1 email ID. To enable server wide scanning you need to use the
following syntax in the simcontrol file.
:clam=yes,spam=yes,spam_hits=6,attach=.mp3:.src:.bat:.pif
and then run -
/var/qmail/bin/simscanmk
/var/qmail/bin/si
