Phil, looks like the upstream script has been enhanced recently:

Should probably make a note of this. I'm wondering if the serverVCB.sh
script will reflect this eventually (if it doesn't already).

I'll have a look at them in detail at some point, and probably come up
with a qtp version. Anything you'd like to see that's not there, either
make a note of it or let me know.

I see that. Judging by the last modified date on serverVCB.sh I would

I'm not sure how you'll be able to do a QTP version since it runs on the
host but you're the script magician. I just marvel at the
magic... Actually, looking at the script, he documents it well so
it's easy to follow. The ESX version isn't all that well
documented.

Be sure to visit the QMT wiki VMware page

I back up my QMT-VM the old fashioned way, at the file level using
rsync. I believe this is ultimately the safest, although restoration

If you use Vsphere4, and all the gimmicks, your can do Live backup IE
back up a Running VM. but it gets costly.
I just use ESXi, as I sais above, I have a clone VM( using Jakes
replication Videos ) then I shutdown clone, do the

FWIW I run my toasters as guests under VMware Server 2. I'm willing to
provide stats if you tell me where to look, or other info.
My toasters forward all messages that clear the gauntlet to an Exchange
server, so there's no local message storage. I have about 1000 accounts

Great Brent, thanks. I'm running the same thing. Host and guests are

Out of curiosity, are you using any paravirtualization
