I have the .inc files in my system, but there is no "scriptedupdates" in
the freshclam.conf.
I think I'll stop the freshclam cron job for now since I really don't
understand what it is doing. In the mean time, does anyone know if this
changes in 0.90.1? I'm still on 0.90.0.

You should have daily.cvd and main.cvd in there. The command "freshclam"
runs periodically and downl
