I'm guessing that CHKUSER is rejecting it due to the '/'. I don't see where a '/' is introduced into the MailFrom according to the BATV spec, but it's possible that I'm missing something there. If this is indeed your problem, you'll need to tell CHKUSER that '/' is allowed. You'll need to
