Hi guys ,
on further dig down i found this error coming on httpd error log
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function sqimap_msgs_list_move() in
/usr/share/squirrelmail/plugins/filters/filters.php on line 343, referer:
http://192.168.0.65/webmail/src/login.php
I think its with filter plugin,

it shows

total 208
-rw-r--r--1 vpopmail vchkpw528 Oct 2 2009 .quotawarn.msg
-rw-r--r--1 vpopmail vchkpw 42 Oct 2 2009
Just check permission on folder
/home/vpopmail/domains
It should be vpopmail:vchkpw.
Try to install roundcube webmail and check whether it is showing emails or
not.
