I threw everyone a curve on this subject. Sorry. The setup I use on the
qmailtoaster server runs qhpsi high speed scanner, with which I can
compare addresses, extensions and mime headers against control settings in
one process.
I ended up with this in testing to find a way to scan mail addres
I have tested QmailToaster with this enabled before and it failed to
block attachments. I got rejection notices in my e-mail as sender, but
I still received the e-mail on my QmailToaster accounts.
I believe Nick had the same experience which is why it isn't currently
part of QT.

Find out the signature of the file, and add it to
/var/qmail/control/badmimetypes and then rebuild the cdb for it
(/var/qmail/bin/qmail-badmimetypes).
