Update, I just changed my tcp.smtp to what I have listed below and then
linked to qmail-queue.orig and continued to get these.

When I leave the tcp.smtp as set at the bottom and link back to qmail-dk

I believe current thinking is to not use it. I turned it off long ago. I

I should note that removing the DK stuff from tcp.smtp is not enough
to properly disable qmail-dk. It should be, but unfortunately it
isn't. We have a few more tests done on our testing side that would
have ex'd out qmail-dk from the start as unworthy. We will not be
making the mistake of adding b
qmail-dk is broken and is going to be disabled by default in the next
release of the qmail-toaster package.
Anatoly has done some great work on this, but it is just not production worthy.
To manually disable, just type the following:
