when you use a scroll container, it automatically shows the scroll bars
when it's needed. Please have a look at the scroll container demo:

My problem is simple. I want a scrollbar appears automatically if the
content of my page is more importante like the size of my screen.
I've test for hours and hours the sroll container, the scrollbar, but
nothing works like i want.
I've alredy found a suject witch look like my problem :
