Hi! A minor optimization to the build system (again ;). I've just added to support caching for the string compression. In the same step I've renamed the argument from --compress-strings to --optimize-strings which is just more correct and hopefully better explains what this flag does.
The performance improvement to build the framework is about 10s (when files are cached already). On my machine this means: 1:03 -> 0:54. Just 54 seconds to build the whole framework. I think this is quite good. BTW: I've already updated the included Makefiles. For your own qooxdoo build/skeleton you must update the calls to generator.py yourself.
