There is two upload widget in contrib.
http://qooxdoo.org/contrib/project/uploadmgr
and
http://qooxdoo.org/contrib/project/uploadwidget
I use uploadMgr, it works really well.
For the uploadWidget, i never used it, so i can't tell you which one is the
best.
